Vacation Requests
This form must be used to request a special (early) withdrawal of vacation funds from your account. Use the message portal below to send your form to the Local 16 office.
A special withdrawal may be requested during the second (7/1 - 9/30), third (10/1 - 12/31), or fourth (1/1 - 3/31) quarters of the Vacation Plan fiscal year, during the first 10 days of the month with a max of once per quarter. Special withdrawals will be assessed a $40.00 fee.

OMAHA 2026
Continuing Education Information
This will be the ONLY Omaha continuing education offered by Plumbers Local #16 this year. For 2026, Omaha requires 8 hours of documented continuing education. If you attended a backflow class this year, it counts for 4 Omaha hours. You cannot take the same class more than once a year. Omaha allows up to 4 hours of reps. Classes will be limited to 40 journeymen.
